Aloe vera is a striking succulent known for its fleshy, lance-shaped leaves that form a dense rosette. The leaves are thick, green to grey-green, and edged with small, soft spines. When cut, the inner gel-like sap is visible — widely valued for its soothing and medicinal properties. Mature plants occasionally produce a tall flower spike bearing tubular yellow to orange blossoms, adding ornamental interest. This hardy plant’s architectural form and minimal maintenance needs make it ideal for indoor containers or warm outdoor environments.
