Bleeding Heart ‘Aurora’ (Dicentra formosa ‘Aurora’) is a compact, fern-leaf perennial valued for its soft, mound-forming habit and delicate, pure white, heart-shaped flowers. The blooms hang gracefully along slender arching stems above finely divided, blue-green foliage that resembles a light fern texture. Flowering begins in late spring and can continue into summer when grown in consistently moist soil. Its refined appearance makes it ideal for shaded borders, woodland gardens, and mixed perennial beds, and it performs well in cooler climates.
