The dainty, long petal, semi-double, lavender colored and creamy yellow centered flowers are 2 -2 ½” across and repeat in summer after a full bloom in mid spring. The foliage is bright green colored, serrated, and pointy. Any pruning should be done after flowering since it sets buds in fall for the following spring. The roots of this vine need to be cool, so ensure that the roots are in shade. This vine also requires a support structure.
