Cerisa seed potatoes produce smooth, elongated, fingerling-style tubers with a distinctive rosy-red skin and firm, pale-yellow flesh. Their shape is typically slim and slightly curved, making them excellent for gourmet cooking. The plants themselves have a compact growth habit with delicate foliage and produce high numbers of uniform tubers, known for their excellent texture and nutty flavour.

- Sunlight: Full sun (6–8+ hours daily)
- Watering: Keep evenly moist, especially during tuber formation; avoid overwatering
