Goldeye potatoes are small to medium-sized tubers with smooth, pale yellow skin and firm, golden flesh. They have an oval to slightly round shape and shallow eyes, making them easy to peel. Known for their buttery texture and mild, earthy flavour, Goldeye potatoes hold their shape well when cooked, making them ideal for roasting, boiling, and salads. The plants typically produce uniform, attractive tubers with good storage quality.
