Goldrush Russet potatoes are an oblong, medium-to-large russet variety with a lightly netted, tan-to-brown skin and dense white flesh. They have a uniform shape, shallow eyes, and a dry, fluffy texture when cooked. Plants are upright and medium in height, producing consistent, smooth tubers that store well and are known for excellent baking and frying quality.
