The Norway Spruce 'Pusch' (Picea abies 'Pusch') is a compact, slow-growing dwarf conifer with a rounded to slightly spreading form. Its short, dense, deep green needles provide year-round color and contrast beautifully with its striking red cones, which emerge in spring and gradually mature to brown. This cultivar is a miniature mutation of the larger Norway spruce, making it an excellent choice for rock gardens, small landscapes, and container planting. Its tidy, symmetrical shape requires minimal pruning, and its evergreen foliage provides interest even in winter.
